Requirements to apply online for Income, Cast, Residence Certificate on RTPS Bihar

There are some important things to keep in mind before you apply, you will need the following:
  1. Aadhar card
  2. Mobile number registered with Aadhar card (this is important)

This is important that your mobile number must be registered with your Aadhar card because an will be sent to your Aadhar registered mobile number during the online application. If you don’t have your mobile number registered with Aadhar then you will have to go to the Block office and apply offline.

NOTE: You can apply online only during office time that is 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Monday to Saturday

How to Apply for Income, Cast, Residence Certificate online

Step 1: Go to RTPS Bihar official Website. There are two links, go for first if it’s not working then for the second
Step 2: Click on Apply Online from the left menu

Step 5: Fill all the details and click on Next >>

In Certificate Section, you have to select the certificate for which you want to apply, Income, Cast, or Residence. If you want to apply for all three certificates then you can do that one by one. First, select one certificate complete the application, and then do the same for the next certificate just select a different one.

Step 6: Now an OTP will be sent to your Aadhar registered mobile number, In the next page enter OTP and click on Next >> 

Step 7: Now the main form will open where you will have to fill all the details like Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Address, and more. Fill all the details correctly and click on Next >> 
Step 8: Next confirmation page will open, confirm your details and click on Submit 
Step 9: In the next page, you will see your Application receipt, you can print the receipt or save it as pdf you will need it when your certificate will ready.

The Application receipt contains your details, Application ID, and the date when you may get your certificate (Generally 10 days).

How to Download Income, Cast, Residence Certificate online – RTPS Bihar

After 10 – 15 days of your application, your certificate will be ready, Now you have two options either you can download it or get it from your Block Office. For some reason If you are not able to download the certificate then you can get it from your Block. Now You will see how you can download Income, Cast, or Residence Certificate online.

NOTE: If you are going to get the certificates from Block then keep the Application receipt and Aadhar with you.
